When you're ready to access your EVgo Rewards™ portal, visit rewards.evgo.com on a browser to log in. Your login credentials will be the email username and password tied to your main EVgo account.

Password reset
Remember, your EVgo Rewards™ portal will use the same password as your main EVgo account. If you have forgotten the password to your EVgo account, you can click the Forgot Password? option from the EVgo Rewards™ portal login page.
When you click this link, it will direct you to the password reset process for your main EVgo account here: https://account.evgo.com/login/forgot
Updating your password for the EVgo Rewards™ portal also updates the password to your main EVgo account. You may be required to sign back into the EVgo app or account.evgo.com if the password has been changed.

Delay in enrollment
While all of our members are automatically enrolled in EVgo Rewards™, our system can take up to 48 hours to complete the process. During times of high demand, this can sometimes take slightly longer.
If you have been enrolled with EVgo for more than 48 hours and continue to see an error, then please submit a request to our dedicated rewards team on the EVgo Charging Crew. The error related to this issue typically includes the below text:
We’re thrilled you want to activate your EVgo Rewards™ but we’re having trouble verifying your info. If you created your EVgo account within the last 24 hours, it may take up to 48 hours to add you to our EVgo Rewards™ system. Please check back soon. If you’re an existing EVgo customer or have waited 48+ hours and you still can't log in, send us a note at rewards@evgo.com. |
Email update in your main EVgo account
If the EVgo Rewards™ login error notes an invalid login or password, it can often be related to a change in the email tied to your main EVgo account. If you have updated your email address in your primary EVgo account (via the EVgo app) after you've accessed EVgo Rewards™, then it's possible your old email ID is still linked to your EVgo Rewards™ portal.
Please submit a request to the EVgo Charging Crew with a note of your updated email so that they can ensure your login credentials match across your EVgo account and the EVgo Rewards™ portal.
