You must enter the VIN exactly as it appears; this field will only accept a VIN that matches a standard VIN string. Know that every VIN includes 17 characters, a mix letters and numbers (except letters I, O, and Q); this field is not case-sensitive. If you experience an error after attempting to submit the form, be sure to double-check the VIN against what you have entered.

At this time, charging sessions can only be stopped early by using the display at the station itself. Please confirm that you have attempted to end your charge at the station itself before you proceed.
