You can manage the Members of your account from the EVgo app. To update or edit the email tied to an account Member, you must delete the Member entirely and add them again with the correct information.

Member Tip: If you invite them, Members will get their own unique login, allowing them to manage their own account details on the EVgo app. They will be able to edit the email after they've logged in on the EVgo app, or they can contact the EVgo Charging Crew directly for additional support. |
