How do I update the email for a member in my account?

You can manage the Members of your account from the EVgo app. To update or edit the email tied to an account Member, you must delete the Member entirely and add them again with the correct information.

Important note on editing Member emails:

You can only edit a Member's email address if the Member has not yet logged in and activated their account. Note: Their email username cannot be changed after the invitation is sent. 

If the Member has accepted your invitation and created their own EVgo account, it's best for them to update the email directly from their own account.

If you need to edit the email address of an active Member, you must delete them from your EVgo account then re-add them with the correct email. Their billing history will still be available to view under the Transactions section of your account.
