After you create your account, we'll mail your RFID Program Card to the address on file. Most of our new members receive the card within 10-14 business days.
If you have not received the RFID Program Card within 14 business days, please contact the EVgo Charging Crew via our chatbot so that you can confirm your correct mailing address before we issue a new card.
