You can review or update your personal details in your EVgo account, like your billing and mailing addresses, from the app or on the web. Select the platform you're using below for more information:

Edit your address on the EVgo app
- From the landing page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Select Profile toward the bottom of the Main Menu panel
- From the Your Profile screen, select Billing & Shipping Address
- On the Address screen, make any edits as needed
- By default, your EVgo account applies the billing address to your shipping address. If your shipping address is different from the billing address, then tap the toggle next to Use A Different Shipping Address and provide the shipping address in the provided fields.
- Tap Save at the top right when you've finished your edits
Edit your address on the web (account.evgo.com)
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select Profile
- Select the Address tab within the Profile page
- On the Address section, make any edits as needed
- By default, your EVgo account applies the billing address to your shipping address. If your shipping address is different from the billing address, then uncheck the option Send mail to the same address and provide the shipping address in the provided fields.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
