Important note for your EVgo Rewards™ login:
Updating your email username in your main EVgo account will not update your login credentials in the EVgo Rewards™ portal. If you have edited your email in your EVgo account, you should log in with the email you used to enroll with EVgo or submit a request for the EVgo Charging Crew to update your EVgo Rewards™ credentials to match your main account.

Request the EVgo Charging Crew to update your email
The EVgo Charging Crew is happy to help you update or edit the email tied to your EVgo account! Please submit a request and provide the following:
- The email currently tied to your EVgo account
- Basic verification details, like the name and phone number tied to your account
- The full email ID that you would like to have tied to your EVgo account
After the EVgo Charging Crew updates the email, you will receive a message from support@evgo.com to verify the updated email and tie it to your EVgo account.
Update your email on the EVgo app

- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left of the landing page
- Select Profile toward the bottom of the menu panel
- Select Email from Your Profile screen
- Edit or update the email ID shown on the Edit Your Email screen
- Enter your current account password
- Tap Save in the top right when you've finished your edits
- If the password is incorrect, you will see an error and the email will not be changed
- Check the updated email inbox for a message from support@evgo.com to verify the updated email and tie it to your EVgo account
View your email on the web (account.evgo.com)
- Select Profile from the main menu on the left
- Scroll to the Email section of your Profile page
- Click Edit to the right of your Email
- Edit your Email as needed
- Enter your current account password
- Click Save under your password when the new email looks correct
- If the password is incorrect, you will see an error and the email will not be changed
- Check the updated email inbox for a message from support@evgo.com to verify the updated email and tie it to your EVgo account
