Update your phone number in the EVgo app
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left of the landing page
- Select Profile within the menu panel
- Tap Phone Number from Your Profile screen, within the Account Settings section
- Edit the phone number tied to your EVgo account as needed
- Tap Save at the top right when you've finished your edits
- Follow the prompts to verify the updated phone number via text
Update your phone number on the web (account.evgo.com)
- Select Profile from the main menu on the left
- Scroll to the Phone Number section of your Profile page
- Click Edit to the right of your phone number
- Edit the phone number tied to your EVgo account as needed
- Tap Save under your phone number when it looks correct
- Follow the prompts to verify the updated phone number via text
