You may need an RFID Program Card for any number of reasons. Your card may be lost or damaged, or you may want to request a card on behalf of Members in your EVgo account. (Alongside their Member account, providing your account members with their own RFID Program Card can be very handy to keep them moving!)
Important note:
Please ensure the mailing address on your EVgo account is accurate before ordering a new RFID Program Card. An outdated mailing address can cause significant delays in the arrival of your new card.
If you need more than 3 RFID Program Cards for your account, additional cards can be ordered for $10 each.
When replacing an RFID Program Card:
- If you are replacing an RFID Program Card, we highly recommend that you suspend or deactivate a lost or stolen card. Learn more in our article: Suspend or deactivate an RFID Program Card
- After you have ordered your RFID Program Card, you'll receive an email notification that the card is on the way. Your new card will arrive in about 10-14 business days.
Request an RFID Program Card in the EVgo app - New Account Holders
- From the landing page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Select Payment and Billing within the menu panel
- Select RFID Program Cards
- Select Order Card
- Select Order New Card
- Select the (+) Add Card icon on the top right of the Program Cards screen
- Review your mailing address and update if needed
- Tap Order New Card to place the order
New Account Order:
