Update notifications in the EVgo app
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left of the landing page
- Select Profile toward the bottom of the Main Menu panel
- Select Notifications from Your Profile screen
- Locate the notification you wish to adjust
- Tap the notification method to turn it on or off
Update notifications on the web (account.evgo.com)
- Select Notifications from the landing page
- Scroll to the notification you wish to adjust
- Click the notification method to turn it on or off
- Click Save at the very bottom of the notifications page when your selections are complete
