Manage your notification settings

You can adjust your notification settings from your account Profile in the EVgo app or on the web. Scroll or select an available quick link for more detailed instruction.

Update notifications in the EVgo app

  1. Tap the menu icon () in the top left of the landing page
  2. Select Profile toward the bottom of the Main Menu panel
  3. Select Notifications from Your Profile screen
  4. Locate the notification you wish to adjust
  5. Tap the notification method to turn it on or off

Update notifications on the web (account.evgo.com)

  1. Select Notifications from the landing page
  2. Scroll to the notification you wish to adjust
  3. Click the notification method to turn it on or off
  4. Click Save at the very bottom of the notifications page when your selections are complete
