If you need to dispute any charges posted to your EVgo account, then please submit a request to the EVgo Charging Crew. The form will ensure that we have any necessary details about the transaction and go directly to our team who specializes in billing matters.
If possible, please provide any screenshots or images of receipts as well as the reason for your request. Any additional details will help our team handle your dispute as efficiently as possible.

The EVgo Charging Crew can only assist with billing disputes once a transaction has been fully processed and posted to your bank account. If the transaction is still pending, please wait until it posts before reaching out.
