You can update the Members listed in your EVgo account if needed, like their personal details and address on file. You can also remove them from your account following similar steps! Learn more about Members in your EVgo account, or scroll or select an available quick link for more information.
Important note on editing Member emails:
You can only edit a Member's email address if the Member has not yet logged in and activated their account. Note: Their email username cannot be changed after the invitation is sent.
If the Member has accepted your invitation and created their own EVgo account, it's best for them to update the email directly from their own account.
If you need to edit the email address of an active Member, you must delete them from your EVgo account then re-add them with the correct email. Their billing history will still be available to view under the Transactions section of your account.
Edit Member details on the EVgo app
- From the landing page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Select Members from the menu panel
- Tap the member whose details you would like to edit
- Tap Edit on the top right of the member's Member Details screen
- Adjust the first or last name of the Member as needed
- If the Member's email needs a change, will need to delete and re-add the Member. If the Member has created their Member account, they can update the email directly in their account.
- When everything looks good, tap Save on the top right
Delete a Member from the EVgo app
- From the landing page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Select Members from the menu panel
- Tap the member you would like to delete
- Tap Delete in the center of the member's Member Details screen
Edit Member details on the web (account.evgo.com)
- From the landing page, hover over the Profile drop-down
- Select Members
- If you click Profile, you can then click Members from the left-hand navigation panel
- Click Edit on the member whose details you would like to edit
- Adjust the name or mobile number of the Member as needed.
- If the Member's email needs a change, you can do so if the Member has not accessed their account. If the Member has created their Member account, they can update the email directly in their account.
- When everything looks good, click Save Changes
Delete Members on the web (account.evgo.com)
- From the landing page, hover over the Profile drop-down
- Select Members
- If you click Profile, you can then click Members from the left-hand navigation panel
- Click Delete on the member who you would like to remove from the account
