If you're no longer using an EV, you might want to delete it from your EVgo account. This can be helpful if you want to limit the vehicle options in your EVgo map filters, and you'll also want to delete a vehicle profile if you needed to update the make, model, or year of the vehicle.
Do you need to change the make, model, or year of the vehicle?
You'll need to remove your previous vehicle profile and add a new vehicle to ensure that the exact vehicle is added to your EVgo account. You can find more information on adding a new vehicle manually or by VIN in our article: Add your vehicle to your EVgo account

At this time, vehicle profiles are not available on the EVgo web portal. You will need to manage your vehicles in the EVgo app to use this feature.
Delete your vehicle on the Evgo app
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left of the landing page
- Select Vehicles toward the bottom of the Main Menu panel
- Tap the vehicle you would like to delete from the Vehicles screen
- Tap Edit on the top right of the screen
- Tap Delete Vehicle from the Edit screen
- Confirm that you want to delete the vehicle profile
