Assign a vehicle on the EVgo app

If you have multiple members and vehicles in your EVgo account, you can assign that vehicle to a member in the EVgo app. Assigning vehicles to a member can help keep transactions and account settings organized. 

Tip from the EVgo Charging Crew:  
Before you can assign an RFID Program Card to a member, be sure you have added the Member to your account and and added the vehicle to your account. 

At this time, vehicle profiles are not available on the EVgo web portal. You will need to manage your vehicles in the EVgo app to use this feature.

 

Assign a vehicle from the EVgo app

  1. Tap the menu icon () in the top left of the landing page
  2. Select Vehicles from the menu panel
  3. Tap the vehicle you would like to assign
  4. Tap Edit in the top right of the vehicle profile screen
  5. Tap the name under Driver to bring up the popover
  6. Select the member name you would like to assign as the Driver of the vehicle
  7. Tap Save to update the vehicle profile
