Your EVgo account maintains an active record of all transactions - you can view every time you use or are issued charging credits, and you'll always have access to every charging session that is tied to your EVgo account.

The different transaction types are indicated with certain icons - if you're not sure what type of transaction you're looking at, feel free to refer to this image for reference!
Review transactions in the EVgo app
- From the landing page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Select Payment & Billing within the Main Menu panel
- Select Transactions
- Review transactions (Set by default to show the last 30 days)

Looking for a specific transaction? You can apply date filters to help you locate specific transactions and receipts. Once you narrow your results, you can tap any transaction to view and screenshot the receipt. |

- From the landing page, select Account
- Select Billing Transactions from the left panel
- Review transactions (Set by default to show the last 30 days)

Looking to review transactions from a specific date range? You can apply date filters to help you locate specific transactions and receipts. You can quickly filter transactions from the last week, month, or year with preset buttons or you can set a custom date range. |
