Review your transactions

Your EVgo account maintains an active record of all transactions - you can view every time you use or are issued charging credits, and you'll always have access to every charging session that is tied to your EVgo account.

Looking for a specific transaction?
You can apply date filters to help you locate specific transactions and receipts. Once you narrow your results, you can tap any transaction to view and screenshot the receipt.

Transaction types

The different transaction types are indicated with certain icons - if you're not sure what type of transaction you're looking at, feel free to refer to this image for reference!

Review transactions in the EVgo app

  1. Tap the menu icon () in the top left of the landing page
  2. Select Payment & Billing within the Main Menu panel
  3. Select Transactions
  4. Review transactions (Set by default to show the last 30 days)

 

    

 

 

Review transactions on the web (account.evgo.com)

  1. Select Billing & Payments from the main menu on the left
  2. Select the Transactions tab at the top of the screen
  3. Review transactions (Set by default to show the last 30 days)
