Review your billing statements

If you are on a paid EVgo plan, you will be charged automatically on your account anniversary (the day of the month when you enrolled in your plan). All charges for a paid monthly plan will appear in your billing statements.

If you're looking to locate a specific transaction (unrelated to monthly billing) in your EVgo account, you'll want to review your transaction history. Learn more in our article: Review your transactions

Important note:

You will only have Billing Statements if you have been charged for an EVgo monthly paid plan. Billing statements are available for up to a full year in your account.

Billing statements in the EVgo app

  1. From the landing page, tap the menu icon () in the top left
  2. Select Payment & Billing within the Main Menu panel
  3. Select Billing Statements
  4. Select the statement you would like to review
  5. Save or screenshot the PDF preview of the statement to save it
